Using the platform
Had A Blast Tickets lets organizers publish event pages and sell tickets, and lets fans discover and buy those tickets. You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself and your events.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details, for delivering the event as described, and for honouring the ticket terms they publish. Events that are fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading may be removed.
Tickets and payment
Ticket sales are processed by our payment provider. Prices, fees, and taxes are shown before checkout. A ticket grants entry subject to the organizer's rules and venue policies.
Refunds and cancellations
Fans may self-serve a refund within 48 hours of purchase while the event has not started. If an organizer cancels an event, ticket purchases for that event are disabled and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; paid organizer plans stay active until the end of the paid period.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We are not the event organizer and are not liable for the conduct or content of events listed by third parties.
