Had A Blast Tickets is a free ticketing platform for organizers and fans. Here are the answers we get asked for most.
How do I buy tickets?
Open any event page, choose your ticket tier and quantity, then pay securely by card. Your tickets and QR code arrive by email the moment payment clears.
Where is my QR ticket?
It is on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Show the QR code at the door for check-in.
Can I get a refund?
Fans can refund themselves from the order confirmation page within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the event has not started.
What does it cost to run an event?
Publishing an event page is free. Paid tiers add extra organizer tools — see the pricing page for details.
When do organizers get paid?
Card payments settle to your connected payment account on the standard payout schedule, typically the next business day after the event's first sales.
