What we collect
For fans: your email address, order details and ticket status. For organizers: your account email, event content and sales records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To deliver tickets and QR codes, process refunds, show organizers their sales analytics, secure the platform, and send transactional email such as order confirmations and account notices.
Sharing
Order information is shared with the organizer of the event you bought a ticket for so they can admit you at the door. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@hadablasttickets.com.
